It was located in a very very nice area in city center. Had everything we needed, recommend.

we had a such great stay in bologna near to the airport, and a nice restaurant for the evening. rooms were spacious and beautiful, will be back.

Very amiable and affable staff, and the best host ever. Big size rooms overall with air conditioning. Good and magnificent setting for one night. And just next door to Piazza Maggiore as well as great Bologna neigbourhood...

The location of the apartment was great, and the master bed was comfortable. Being within a short walking distance from the main shops and city center was a definite plus. the communication with the staff was excellent, with quick and clear responses to our queries. Despite the drawbacks mentioned earlier, we appreciated these positive aspects of our stay.

The lack of proper kitchen facilities was a letdown. There was only one sink, which was located next to the toilet, making it inconvenient and unhygienic for washing up.

Did not want to leave, I had a really great time and would come here again. Place was beautiful and close to colossal towers. Exceptionally comfortable bed with hypo-allergenic pillows. There was a bidet in the private bathroom. The apartment was in a central location, close to NICE restaurants. I liked that it was in a quiet street.

It was excellent and nice in city center. We enjoyed affable and nice staff and host. Stayed 4 nights and didn't want to say goodbye.

During my recent stay at Tilia, I had a wonderful experience. The location of the accommodation was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still within close proximity to the charming old town. The room itself was spacious and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, air conditioning.

Good heating and hot water available all the time. Perfect location, walking distance from historical attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops. Helpful host with attention to detail. Will definitely stay again.

The room was mind-blowing, super comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The shower was good sized, the air conditioning was effective, and there was even a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The staff, especially Eleonora, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was perfect, right in the city center but in a quiet area. It was great that we were able to check in earlier than usual and the host was very helpful in making restaurant reservations and arranging a taxi for us. They also gave us some interesting tips about what to see during our short stay.

The shower was clogged, but we let the host know and they said they would take care of it. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall it didn't dampen our experience.

The breakfast was a disaster, with just a pack of juice and a couple of unappealing bread slices provided in the room. It would have been much nicer to have a pleasant breakfast area with fresh goodies.
